Your starting position is on your hands and knees on an exercise mat. Your weight is evenly balanced. Keep your stomach muscles activated and keep your back straight. Raise your right leg backward, reaching energy through your leg and foot. Finish with your leg in line with your body. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg.
