Stand about 12 inches away from a wall at a right angle. Your arm is at your side and your elbow is bent to about 90 degrees, with your fingers gently touching the wall. Slowly walk your fingers up the wall, as high as you can comfortably go. Slowly walk them back down again to the starting position.
